现有公安民警职业训练体系,在组织架构、目标设定、教学体系、师资体系、管理体系、保障体系等方面仍然存在不少问题和薄弱环节。构建公安民警职业训练新体系,一要创新培训理念思路;二要实行分级分类培训;三要建设开放多元的师资队伍;四要创新培训教学管理模式;五要建立训练效果跟踪评价体系;六要建立职前教育和职后培训耦合机制;七要创新人本为核心的学员警务化管理机制。
