本文主要介绍铸造高温合金真空感应熔炼工艺的基本原理和过程。利用实验证明了熔炼过程中精炼期、合金化期、浇注期对铸造高温合金材料纯净度、显微组织、力学性能及表面质量等方面所产生的影响。实验证明:精炼期对材料中杂质元素Pb、Bi,气体元素N、O有良好的去除作用;以γ′相为强化的高温合金,合金化过程中,Al的过量添加,将产生大量的β-Ni Al脆相,使材料塑性大幅下降;浇注过程,温度过高致使铸件晶粒粗大,易产生缩孔。浇注温度过低致使铸件表面产生大量冷隔等缺陷。
This article mainly introduces the basic principle and process of casting superalloy vacuum induction melting process. The effects of refining, alloying and casting stages on the purity, microstructure, mechanical properties and surface quality of the foundry superalloy were demonstrated experimentally. Experiments show that: the refining period of the material impurity elements Pb, Bi, gas elements N, O have a good removal; to γ ’phase as a strengthening of the high temperature alloys, alloying process, Al excess, will produce a large amount of β -Ni Al brittle phase, the plastic material greatly decreased; pouring process, the temperature is too high to cause the casting grain coarse, easy to produce shrinkage. Casting temperature is too low resulting in a lot of surface defects such as cold insulation.
