汪家鼎等在1963年提出了脉冲筛板柱流体力学性能的基本关联式V_d/X++V_c/(1-X)=V_o(1-X)e~(kx)。我们从粒子沉降的基本原理出发,对关联式进行了一定的推导。在用关联式处理了大量实验数据后,认为该式可以较好地关联各类实验数据和计算液泛参数。其中的K值是衡量柱子液滴分散-聚结状态的重要参数,当分散相浸润筛板时,K>0,相反,一般K<0,以此来区分柱子的两种操作状况,即Ⅱ型柱和Ⅰ型柱。文中分析了K值和柱子通量的关系,对影响K值的因素进行了定性分析和物性关联。
In 1963, Wang Jiading et al. Proposed the basic correlation V_d / X ++ V_c / (1-X) = V_o (1-X) e ~ (kx) of the fluid mechanics performance of pulsed sieve column. Based on the basic principle of particle settlement, we deduced the correlation. After dealing with a large number of experimental data with the correlation, it is considered that this equation can be well correlated with various experimental data and calculate liquid pan parameters. The K value is an important parameter to measure the dispersion-coalescence state of the column droplets. When the dispersed phase infiltrated the sieve plate, K> 0, on the contrary, the general K <0, in order to distinguish between the two operating conditions of the column, that is, Ⅱ Type column and type I column. In this paper, the relationship between K value and column flux is analyzed, and the factors affecting K value are qualitatively analyzed and correlated with each other.
