随着社会的发展,我国的医疗卫生事业也取得了迅速的进步,医疗技术和医疗能力也较之前有了很大程度的提高。但就目前而言,在医院内部仍存在着一些职能薄弱的部门,如人力资源部门。人力资源管理部门职能的薄弱对于医院的健康稳定的发展有着重要的影响作用。基于上述,笔者在总结自身工作经验的情况下,对于医院人力资源管理的现状进行了详细的分析,并提出了相对应的解决措施。本文的研究对于促进医院人力资源管理的完善有着积极的促进作用。
With the development of society, the medical and health undertakings in our country have also made rapid progress. The medical technology and medical capacity have also been greatly improved compared with the previous ones. However, for the moment, there are still some under-performing departments in the hospital, such as the human resources department. The weak function of human resource management department has an important influence on the healthy and stable development of the hospital. Based on the above, I summarize their own work experience, the status of the hospital for human resources management were analyzed in detail, and put forward the corresponding solutions. The research in this article has a positive role in promoting the improvement of hospital human resource management.
