目的:观察纳米银对单纯疱疹病毒2(HSV-2)的抑制作用。方法:通过在不同时间点加入纳米银研究对HSV-2病毒的抑制作用。结果:纳米银浓度在100μg/ml对细胞毒性很小。纳米银与HSV-2混合后再感染细胞,纳米银对HSV-2抑制作用明显,在HSV-2病毒感染后24 h之前加入纳米银抑制作用也非常明显。纳米银浓度在100μg/ml对HSV-2呈完全抑制。结论:在病毒感染前或在感染后的早期纳米银在无毒性的浓度下抑制病毒复制,这表明纳米银对病毒作用的作用模式在病毒复制的早期。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of silver nanoparticles on herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV-2). Methods: Inhibition of HSV-2 virus was studied by adding nanosilver at different time points. Results: The nano-silver concentration of 100μg / ml cytotoxicity is very small. After mixed with nano-silver and HSV-2, the cells were infected. The inhibition effect of nano-silver on HSV-2 was obvious. The inhibition effect of nano-silver was also obvious 24 h after HSV-2 infection. The concentration of nano-silver at 100μg / ml HSV-2 was completely inhibited. Conclusions: Nano-silver inhibits viral replication either before or after infection at a non-toxic concentration, indicating that the mode of action of the nano-silver on the virus is at an early stage of virus replication.
