对于毛坯和零件的缺陷,在有条件的工厂里,可以用现代化的探伤設备来检查。我們在缺乏这种条件的情况下,根据电磁原理,試制成功一种簡单易制的探伤器,經过长时期的使用,証明用它来检驗某些零件的缺陷是有良好效果的。制造方法在“П”形鉄心上用直径0.56毫米(24~#)纱包线按着一个方向順次绕1300圈,并且用绝缘布包扎牢固。铁心用0.35毫米厚的硅鋼片制成,具体尺寸和形状如图1所示。使用方法先把检驗的工件或毛坯上的油垢清除干净,然后再把铁粉均匀地撒在工件表面上,用嘴輕吹,并且用一根銅棍輕打工件,观察铁粉的分布图形,就可以发現缺陷的部位。如果工件内部有裂紋,由于磁力线下容分通过,形成漏磁,而使铁粉受磁偏力作用,不規則地堆
