7月4日，省林科院森林保护研究所带着80万头肿腿蜂。来到慈利县零溪镇挖断岗村，顶着滚滚热浪，为当地林农实地培训肿腿蜂释放技术，以达到利用天敌消灭松褐天牛、防御松材线虫病的目的。当天参加培训的还有该县林场、阳和、零溪等乡镇森林保护技术员。
