目的 观察松花粉对缺锌幼鼠的营养作用。方法 选用雄性 SD大鼠 70只 ,体重( 4 2± 4) g,随机分为 7组。 1组为对照组 ,饲料含锌 32 .2 mg/kg;2组为锌严重缺乏组、饲料含锌 3.4mg/kg均自由进食。 3组饲料含锌 84.9mg/kg;4与 6组饲料中分别添加 2 %与 5%的松花粉 ,5组和 7组是 4组与 6组的对照组 ,采用与松花粉能量和蛋白质含量相同的交换饲料配制 ;5组饲料含锌与 4组相等 ( 4 .4mg/kg)、7组与 6组相等 ( 5.5mg/kg)。3~ 7组均同 2组对喂。结果 摄入基础饲料组和含等量锌的松花粉的饲料组间生长情况和生化、血液学指标均未见差异 ,其营养作用是等同的 ,松花粉添加组大鼠体重增加量均稍低于其对照组。在饲料能量、锌和蛋白质含量及其它营养素都一致的情况下 ,尽管松花粉添加量已达饲料的 2 %与 5% ,但对幼鼠仍未显示刺激生长作用。结论 松花粉具有较好的安全性 ,可用于儿童作补锌食物
Objective To observe the nutritional effects of pine pollen on zinc deficiency young rats. Methods Seventy male SD rats weighing 42 ± 4 g were randomly divided into 7 groups. One group was control group, the dietary zinc was 32.2 mg / kg; the other two groups were severe zinc deficiency group. The feed containing 3.4 mg / kg zinc was free to eat. Three groups of feed containing 84.9 mg / kg zinc; 4 and 6 groups of feed were added 2% and 5% of the pine pollen, 5 and 7 groups of 4 and 6 groups of control group, with pine pollen energy and protein content The same diet was used for the preparation of feed. The five diets containing zinc were equal to those of the four groups (4. 4 mg / kg), while the groups of seven diets were equivalent to the six groups (5.5 mg / kg). 3 to 7 groups were the same as 2 pairs of feed. Results There was no difference in the growth, biochemical and hematological indexes among the feed groups fed with basal diet and the same amount of zinc pine pollen. The nutritional effects were the same. The weight gain of the pine pollen addition group was slightly lower In its control group. In the same feed energy, zinc and protein content and other nutrients, although the addition of pine pollen has reached 2% and 5% of the feed, yet no stimulation of growth in young rats. Conclusion Pine pollen has good safety and can be used as children’s zinc supplement food
