目的研究荨麻总黄酮(TUF)对记忆障碍模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法预防性给予小鼠TUF后,用不同方法模拟小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,行八臂迷宫试验;通过小鼠体重变化、负重游泳试验及血清和脑中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的变化,评估TUF的抗衰老、抗氧化作用。结果 TUF可显著改善东莨菪碱、氯霉素、40%乙醇对小鼠记忆行为能力的影响;增强D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的记忆力,维持正常增重及延长负重游泳时间,还可显著提高衰老小鼠的抗氧化能力。结论 TUF可有效改善记忆障碍模型小鼠的记忆力,这可能与其抗氧化能力有关。
Objective To study the effects of total nettle flavonoids (TUF) on learning and memory in mice with memory impairment. Methods After preventive administration of TUF to mice, different models were used to simulate the memory impairment model in mice. Eight-armed maze test was performed. The body weight, swimming load, T-AOC, Changes in superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels to assess the anti-aging and anti-oxidant effects of TUF. Results TUF could significantly improve the memory performance of mice induced by scopolamine, chloramphenicol and 40% ethanol, enhance the memory of mice model induced by D-galactose, maintain the normal weight gain and prolong the weight-bearing swimming time, but also significantly increase Antioxidant capacity in aging mice. Conclusion TUF can effectively improve the memory of mice with memory impairment, which may be related to its antioxidant capacity.
