用~(75)Se-亚硒酸钠示踪制备的小鼠整体放射自显影显示,在亚硒酸钠大剂量静注后迅速经血运广泛分布于全身各器官组织内。其中在肺、肝、肾、心肌、胰、肾上腺内有最高浓度分布;在鼻粘膜、唾液腺、脾、胸腺、淋巴结、棕脂肪(Brown Fat)、骨髓、软骨和骺板、泪腺、胃肠粘膜、皮肤内有高浓度分布;在脑、骨骼肌、眼球内有低浓度分布。~(75)Se还可透过胎盘分布于胎鼠体内。到注入后24h,大部分的体内~(75)Se已被排除,尿硒为主要排泄途径。从脉冲计数表明,注入体内的~(75)Se主要是以与蛋白质结合的形式积存于器官组织内,而只有极少部分是以三氯乙酸可溶的形式分布于体内。

From the pulse counting, it is shown that the injected Se (75) Se mainly accumulates in the organism tissue in the form of protein binding, and only a few of it is distributed in the body in the form of trichloroacetic acid soluble.
