依据:3M1243A压力蒸汽灭菌包内第5类指示卡,具有高度模拟生物指示剂性能,判读方式一目了然,但不能替代生物监测的特点。目的:观察第5类指示卡的结果是否与嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片的监测结果一致。方法:将一片第5类指示卡与装有一片嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片的试管及阳性对照试管、阴性对照试管同放在实验包中心。结果:阳性对照为阳性,阴性对照为阴性,第5类指示卡与嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片为阴性,合格。【结论】第5类指示卡的结果合格,可以提前放行灭菌物品。
