利用表面接枝改性法,用戊二醛作修饰剂,对上转换发光材料Na[Y0.57Yb0.39Er0.04]F4进行了表面醛基修饰.傅里叶红外吸收光谱证明了醛基的存在,紫外分光光度法定量检测修饰醛基的含量为1.38×10-3mol.g-1,热分析定性地证明了材料表面有机官能团的存在,扫描电镜显示了修饰后上转换无机发光材料颗粒的直径有所增加.沉降实验表明,修饰醛基后的上转换发光材料在水溶液中的分散稳定性得到了提高.
The surface aldehyde groups were modified by surface grafting method with glutaraldehyde as modifier. The up-conversion luminescent material Na [Y0.57Yb0.39Er0.04] F4 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) The content of modified aldehyde groups by UV spectrophotometry was 1.38 × 10-3mol.g-1. The thermal analysis confirmed the existence of organic functional groups on the surface of the material. The SEM images showed that the content of the modified up-conversion phosphor particles The diameter has increased.The settlement experiment shows that the dispersion stability of the upconverting luminescent material after aldehyde modification is improved in aqueous solution.
