目的探讨细胞凋亡在过敏性紫癜(HSP)发病及病理过程中的作用。方法对73例HSP患儿治疗前后采用原位末端标记技术进行制片,在光学显微镜下观察,计算出凋亡淋巴细胞的比率。结果HSP急性期(治疗前)组淋巴细胞凋亡较正常对照组延迟(P<0.01);而治疗后组淋巴细胞凋亡较治疗前组明显增多(P<0.01)。结论过敏性紫癜(HSP)存在淋巴细胞凋亡延迟,经治疗随着临床症状好转,淋巴细胞凋亡逐渐恢复正常,推测可用促细胞凋亡的药物治疗HSP。
Objective To investigate the role of apoptosis in the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods 73 cases of children with HSP before and after treatment using in situ end labeling technology for production, observed under a light microscope to calculate the rate of apoptotic lymphocytes. Results Apoptosis of lymphocytes in the acute phase of HSP (pretreatment) was delayed compared with that in the normal control group (P <0.01). However, the apoptosis of lymphocytes was significantly increased in the HSP group (P <0.01). Conclusions There is delay in lymphocyte apoptosis in HSP with allergic purpura (HSP). As the clinical symptoms improve, apoptosis of lymphocytes gradually returns to normal. It is presumed that HSP can be treated with pro-apoptotic drugs.
