近年来,秦皇岛港股份有限公司发展迅猛,面临的市场竞争也越来越激烈,人才正成为最重要、最宝贵的资源。秦皇岛港作为国家北煤南运的主枢纽港,坚持党管人才原则,努力打造结构优化、布局合理、素质优良的一流人才队伍。本文从阐述新时期对秦皇岛港人才队伍建设的要求入手,充分分析公司人才队伍建设成果与存在问题,提出了加强人才队伍建设的思路与措施。
In recent years, Qinhuangdao Port Co., Ltd. has witnessed rapid development and increasingly fierce market competition. Talents are becoming the most important and precious resource.
