本文研究了2090,8090铝锂合金,2090Ce,8090Ce稀土铝锂合金的疲劳裂纹扩展行为,研究表明,铝锂合金及稀土铝锂合金较常规铝合金具有更优越的疲劳长裂纹扩展抗力,归因于其所具有的较高的裂纹闭合效应。铈的加入,2090Ce合金的裂纹闭合效应和本征疲劳裂纹扩展抗力得到进一步提高,8090Ce合金的裂纹闭合效应变化不显著,但本征裂纹扩展抗力降低。
In this paper, the fatigue crack growth behavior of 2090, 8090 Al-Li alloy, 2090Ce and 8090Ce rare earth Al-Li alloys was studied. The results show that Al-Li alloy and rare earth Al-Li alloy have more excellent fatigue resistance to fatigue crack propagation than the conventional aluminum alloys, In its higher crack closure effect. The addition of cerium, the crack closure effect of 2090Ce alloy and the intrinsic fatigue crack propagation resistance are further improved. The crack closure effect of 8090Ce alloy does not change significantly, but the intrinsic crack propagation resistance decreases.
