二、太阳能热水器的结构及设计参数 太阳能热水器的主要组成部分是集热器和水箱,下面着重介绍亡的各组成部分的参数范围和基本的工艺要求: 1、集热器 集热器的具体结构如图5所示,其各组成部分分述于下。 (1)玻璃 玻璃采用普通平板玻璃.厚度d为3—6毫米,一般使用5毫米单层玻璃,如果冬季使用,或有其它特殊用途可采用双层玻璃,两层玻璃的间距为5~10毫米 玻璃表面要平整、清洁、透光性好。 玻璃一般用木条衬托,并用腻封严防漏气,边缝处覆盖金属或塑料板条,以防进水。玻璃和边框间留有5毫米的间隙,以免因热膨胀或框架变形等造成玻璃破烂。玻璃在框架上要垫防尘橡皮或毛毡,边缝用腻封。玻璃太大时厂面可高支撑点,玻璃如需搭接,切记顺水搭接,并腻封,严防进水,漏。
