先锋必是一种具有杀菌作用的第三代头孢菌素类抗生素,目前广泛应用于临床。为了解先锋必对感染性呼吸道疾病的疗效情况我们自1988年10月到1994年2月,使用该药治疗感染性呼吸道疾病46例,疗效满意,现将结果报告如下。1 资料及方法1.1 对象:本组随机选择感染性呼吸道疾病46例,其中男性28例,女性18例,年龄16～88岁,平均58.6岁。主要疾病为:肺炎球菌性肺炎25例,慢性支气管炎(或伴肺心病)伴感染6例,支气管扩张伴感染3例,肺脓肿6例,支气管哮喘伴
