本研究按Griffing的方法4、模型Ⅰ对8个春小麦亲本的株高、穗长、有效小穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重、千粒重、茎秆重等7个性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力进行了估算分析。并根据模型Ⅱ进行了各性状遗传力的估算。估算分析结果为亲本选配和对杂种后代的早期选择提供理论依据。
In this study, according to Griffing’s method 4, the general combining ability of model I to seven traits of eight spring wheat parents including plant height, spike length, number of effective spikelets, number of spikelets per panicle, number of spikelets per panicle, grain weight per spike, and stem weight Combining ability was estimated. According to model Ⅱ, the heritability of each trait was estimated. The results of the estimation analysis provide theoretical basis for parental selection and early selection of hybrid offspring.
