近年发现内皮细胞通过产生释放内皮舒张因子(EDRF)和内皮收缩因子(EDCF)直接参与血管平滑肌张力的调节。缺氧对肺血管内皮依赖性舒张和收缩反应的影响,目前很少见报道。雄性Wistar大鼠分为平原组和缺氧组(模拟5 000米,20天)乌拉坦腹腔麻醉后,取肺内、外动脉环置于37CKreb′s sol.肌糟中,在最适静息张力下稳定1.5小时后,用10~(-7) M脱羟肾上腺素使血管环预收缩,然后依次递增向浴糟中加入不同浓度的Ach和ATP,记录血管环张力的变化.结果表明:Ach和ATP可使离体正常大鼠肺动
In recent years, endothelial cells have been found to be directly involved in the regulation of vascular smooth muscle tone through the release of endothelial relaxing factor (EDRF) and endothelium contraction factor (EDCF). The effects of hypoxia on pulmonary vascular endothelium-dependent relaxation and contractile responses are seldom reported. Male Wistar rats were divided into plain group and hypoxic group (simulated 5 000 m, 20 days) after intra-urazapan anesthesia. The pulmonary and external arterial rings were placed in 37C Krebs’ After stabilizing under tension for 1.5 hours, the vascular rings were precontracted with 10 ~ (-7) M phenylephrine, and then different concentrations of Ach and ATP were added to the desiccated grains in turn to record the changes of vascular ring tension.The results showed that: Ach and ATP can make the isolated rat normal pulmonary motion
