Rhabdomyolysis is one of the identified uncommon but potentially lethal complications of isoniazid intoxication, which can be secondary to severe muscle exertion due to generalized seizures or can be caused by direct toxicity of either the drug or one of its metabolites on muscles.~(1,2)
