伴随着市场经济体制改革的深入推进,管理理念和管理行为正在发生巨大变化,作为企业人力资源管理核心灵魂的薪酬管理工作,也开始步入转型发展期。纵观当前企业人力资源薪酬管理工作实际,现状令人堪忧,工作越做越难,越做越复杂。面对新的经济发展形势,企业亟须创新人力资源薪酬管理工作,才能为企业提供人力资源管理基础保障,才能稳定员工队伍,维持企业经营实力。基于此,本文就关于加强企业人力资源薪酬管理这一课题展开探索与思考(注:本文写于2015年,作者在单位担任主管薪酬福利工作)。
With the deepening of the reform of the market economy system, the management concepts and management behaviors are undergoing tremendous changes. As the core of enterprise human resources management, remuneration management has begun to enter the period of transformation and development. Looking at the current reality of the work of human resources compensation management, the current situation is worrying, the more difficult the work, the more complex. Faced with the new economic development situation, enterprises urgently need to innovate human resources compensation management in order to provide enterprises with the basic guarantee of human resources management in order to stabilize the workforce and maintain their business strength. Based on this, this article explores and reflections on strengthening the management of human resources compensation in enterprises (Note: This article was written in 2015, and the author works as a unit in charge of salary and benefits).
