在我国经济集约化不断发展的条件下,建设用地的需要量也在不断增加,合理利用土地资源的问题就更为重要了。目前在乌克兰,城市、工业、交通运输建设项目占地约四百万公顷,几乎占乌克兰土地总面积的7％。根据现行总体规划和区域规划设计方案,到1990年,为了安排各项新建项目,尚需补充用地一百二十多万公顷。这意味着还要减少15％以上的农田面积。
Under the continuous development of economic intensification in China, the demand for construction land is also increasing, and the issue of rational use of land resources is even more important. Currently in Ukraine, urban, industrial and transportation construction projects cover an area of about 4 million hectares, accounting for almost 7 percent of the total land area in Ukraine. According to the current master plan and regional planning and design plan, by 1990, in order to arrange various new construction projects, more than 1.2 million hectares of land would need to be replenished. This means that more than 15% of farmland area should be reduced.
