本文主要开展了对柴油机联内微粒催化氧化过程的动力学分析研究。采用热重分析技术,获得了在四种不同代化剂分别作用下,描述碳烟微粒氧化全过程的热重实验曲线,确定出其显著的着火特性。运用动力学方程对热重曲线进行了数学处理,计算出对应的动力学参数。通过对比反应活化能(Ea)和着火点温度(Ti),实现了对催化剂活性的有效评价与筛选。
In this paper, the kinetic analysis of catalytic oxidation of diesel particles in diesel engine has been carried out. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to obtain the thermogravimetry curves describing the whole oxidation process of soot particles under the action of four different agents, and the significant ignition characteristics were obtained. The thermogravimetric curves were mathematically treated with kinetic equations and the corresponding kinetic parameters were calculated. By comparing the reaction activation energy (Ea) and ignition temperature (Ti), the catalyst activity was effectively evaluated and screened.
