目的了解清流县中小学校食堂卫生状况,为制定有关食品卫生措施提供依据。方法采用统一的学校食堂卫生检查记录表,调查清流县21个中小学校食堂的卫生现状。结果学校食堂卫生设施齐全占71.4%;卫生许可证发放率为71.4%;从业人员的健康合格率为88.1%,2010年健康培训合格率明显高于2002年。结论应进一步规范学校食堂的各项管理措施,以确保学生用餐安全。
Objective To understand the hygienic status of primary and secondary school canteens in Qingliu County and provide the basis for formulating the food hygiene measures. Methods A unified school canteen health inspection record was used to investigate the health status of 21 primary and middle school canteens in Qingliu County. Results The school canteen health facilities accounted for 71.4%; health permit issuance rate of 71.4%; practitioners health pass rate of 88.1%, 2010 health training pass rate was significantly higher than in 2002. Conclusion The management of school canteens should be further regulated in order to ensure students’ dining safety.
