郑汴产业结构升级一体化对于郑州和开封两市的经济发展至关重要。然而,郑州和开封处于不同的工业化发展阶段,两地经济总量差距大,产业结构不合理且一体化程度低,两地产业结构升级一体化困难重重。应用VAR模型,对郑州及开封的产业结构升级和经济增长进行格兰杰因果检验和脉冲响应分析,后者的结果表明产业结构升级在短期内会对两地的经济增长带来负面影响,但在长期内会对郑州的经济增长带来正面影响。据此,建议郑汴两地要加快推进行政体制改革,转变政府职能,找准地方产业定位,统筹产业发展规划,并最大限度发挥市场的基础性作用。
Zheng 汴 integration and upgrading of industrial structure for the economic development of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng two cities is crucial. However, Zhengzhou and Kaifeng are in different stages of industrialization. The gap between the two economies is large, the industrial structure is not rational and the level of integration is low, and the integration of industrial structure between the two places is very difficult. VAR model is used to conduct Granger causality test and impulse response analysis on industrial structure upgrading and economic growth in Zhengzhou and Kaifeng. The latter result shows that the upgrading of industrial structure will have a negative impact on the economic growth in both places in a short period of time. However, In the long run, it will have a positive impact on Zhengzhou’s economic growth. Accordingly, it is proposed that Zheng 汴 and Kuomintang should speed up the reform of the administrative system, change the functions of the government, identify the positioning of local industries, make overall plans for industrial development, and maximize the fundamental role of the market.
