以链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病大鼠模型,造模后以还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)治疗12周,结果显示GSH治疗组较糖尿病组心肌组织病理学损害改善,NF-kB活性降低,诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达下降。
Diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin and treated with reduced glutathione (GSH) for 12 weeks. The results showed that the GSH treatment group had better myocardial histopathological damage and lower NF-κB activity than the diabetic group, Inducible nitric oxide synthase expression decreased.
