我国是社会主义国家,职工是国家和企业的主人。实行民主管理,全心全意依靠工人阶级,是我们党和国家的性质决定的。江泽民同志曾经指出:“充分发挥工人群众的主人翁作用,充分发挥他们在改革和发展中的积极性、主动性、创造性,这是办好社会主义企业的根本原则,任何时候都不能变。”这就充分说明,在我们建立社会主义市场经济体制和现代企业制度中,职工不仅是生产的中坚力量,而且是深化改革的主力军。强化民主管理是保障职工主人翁地位,使企业适应经济体制转变的基础。 一、发挥职工民主管理作用,落实职工民主管理
China is a socialist country and employees are the masters of the country and the enterprise. The implementation of democratic management and the wholehearted reliance on the working class are determined by the nature of our party and country. Comrade Jiang Zemin once pointed out: “To give full play to the ownership of the working masses and to give full play to their enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity in reform and development. This is the fundamental principle for running a socialist enterprise. It cannot change at any time.” It is fully explained that in the establishment of a socialist market economic system and a modern enterprise system, employees are not only the backbone of production, but also the main force for deepening reforms. Strengthening democratic management is the basis for safeguarding the ownership status of employees and for companies to adapt to changes in the economic system. First, play the democratic management role of employees and implement the democratic management of employees
