可控气氛渗碳要求炉气碳势可控。关于用不同原料制取气氛碳势的可控性,已有专文论述。这里小议一下碳势自动控制系统中选用调节器的调节规律及执行器动作方式的问题。由于井式炉及箱式炉滴控式渗碳工艺的应用越来越多,有关仪表厂及用户都在生产和自制碳势控制系统,因此这个问题的讨论就很有意义。先说调节规律。系统示意图如图(1)所示。
