针对包头铝厂碳素分厂生产预焙阳板碳块所用焙烧设备再在问题;即煤气质量不好,设备运转状况不良,操作方法不当等,造成焙烧炉运行炉室的温度普遍滞后于焙烧升温曲线、保温炉室的保温时间达不到工艺要求、碳块中的挥发份不能正常排出、得不到充分燃烧利用、既浪费了燃料,又给干法净化系统带来麻烦等不良后果,提出优化焙烧炉生产工艺条件、充分利用挥发份、改善炉子运行状况,提高焙烧炉炉温、提高产品质量的技术攻关措施,使焙烧炉的生产情况得到了改善,炉温合格率提高到89%,升温情况和焙烧的线基本接近,预炼碳块的外观和质量指标均有所改善,碳块的合格率由原来的93.3%提高到96.5%,漏风系数由原来的12降为6.4.
