财政部副部长王保安在4月24日召开的全国财政国库管理制度改革推进会议上强调,要进一步统一思想、提高认识,明确全面推进国库集中收付制度改革的目标和任务,坚定不移推进改革,坚持不懈完善运行机制。王保安表示,下一步推进改革的关键是按照《财政国库“十二五”规划》确定的目标要求,全面推进各项改革,打好改革的攻坚战,落实国务院对国库集中收付制度改革的决策部署。要着力做好以下几项工作:
