思想政治工作是我党的优良传统,是经济工作与其它一切工作的“生命线”。然而,随着我国经济结构转型,国有企业改革的进一步深化,企业的思想政治工作在面临着前所未有的挑战,表现在一些企业思想政治工作不能够被很好地认可,工作开展的难度越来越大,而这与这些企业职工的思想不统一、主人翁意识失落、奉献精神缺乏等形成鲜明的反差。显然,这些企业需要进一步加强和改进思想政治工作,这就为企业的思想政治工作者提出了一个新的课题,围绕新的历史条件,如何适应环境,发挥思想政治工作服务与保证功能,是企业思想政治工作者急需解决的一个现实难题。
