由于饲料中铅超标直接导致被饲喂动物的内脏、肌肉和骨骼中铅含量的超标,而人食用这一类的动物肌肉组织制品后,对人体的危害极大,会造成神经系统受侵犯。以原子吸收结合标准加入法检测饲料原料硫酸锌中铅的含量,将被检测样品溶解在稀硝酸介质中,于原子吸收分光光度计波长283.3 nm处,使用空气-乙炔火焰进行测定。以铅的质量为横坐标,对应的吸光度为纵坐标,绘制工作曲线,将曲线反向延长与横轴相交处,即为试样溶液中的铅含量。试验结果表明:此方法具有重复性好,r≥0.999 9,检测回收率≥99.0%,标准偏差≤0.63%等特点。
Excessive levels of lead in feed lead directly to excessive levels of lead in the viscera, muscles and bones of animals fed. However, human consumption of this type of animal muscle products poses a great risk to the human body and can lead to violations of the nervous system. The content of lead in the feed raw material zinc sulfate was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry with standard addition method. The sample was dissolved in dilute nitric acid medium and measured by atomic-absorption spectrophotometer at the wavelength of 283.3 nm using air-acetylene flame. The quality of lead as abscissa, the corresponding absorbance for the vertical axis, draw the working curve, the curve of the reverse extension of the intersection with the horizontal axis, the sample solution is the lead content. The test results show that this method has the advantages of good repeatability, r≥0.999 9, detection recovery ≥99.0%, standard deviation ≤0.63% and so on.
