Intravenous administration of large doses of penicillin G (in excess of 200 million units) can cause drug allergy. That is, it happens under the following conditions: ① The solution is stored at 4 ℃ for 4 ~ 24 hours and input in a short time. ② use freshly prepared, in 6 to 24 hours input. Allergic reactions showed positive lymphocyte transformation test and produce specific IgG antibodies, do not produce IgE antibodies. No obvious allergic reaction occurred.
