目的:证实碳—钛复合体(i-c)的良好生物相容性。方法:分别将i-c、TiN-Ti、Tic-Ti和Ti4种种植体植入6条狗的双侧下颌骨内,术后1,2和4个月处死动物,取材。用酶组织化学方法检测4种不同种植体骨界面处新生骨的代谢程度。结果:i-c植入后成骨活动启动早,植入后2个月即基本达到骨整合。结论:i-c的生物相容性优于其它3种种植体,并可缩短种植后的无负荷期
Objective: To confirm the good biocompatibility of carbon-titanium complex (i-c). Methods: Six kinds of implants of i-c, TiN-Ti, Tic-Ti and Ti were implanted into bilateral mandibles of 6 dogs. Animals were sacrificed 1, 2 and 4 months after operation. The enzymatic histochemical method was used to detect the metabolism of newborn bone at the bone interface of four different kinds of implants. RESULTS: Osteogenesis started early after i-c implantation and reached osseointegration 2 months after implantation. Conclusions: The biocompatibility of i-c is superior to the other three implants and can shorten the post-implantation non-loading period
