新创企业的先天学习是指将创业者的先天知识进行知识转移与知识转化的过程,不仅决定新创企业创新搜索成本,同时影响新创企业的创新绩效。基于知识管理与组织学习视角,构建了“知识默会性-先天学习-新创企业绩效”的理论模型,并通过对142家高科技新创企业的问卷调查,验证了理论假设。研究发现:新创企业先天学习对新创企业的创新绩效有正向影响,组织知识默会性对新创企业的创新绩效有正向影响,但组织知识默会性与先天学习存在替代效应。对研究结论和意义进行了分析与讨论。
The innate learning of start-ups refers to the process of knowledge transfer and knowledge transformation of innate knowledge of entrepreneurs, which not only determines the cost of innovative search of start-ups, but also affects the innovation performance of start-ups. Based on the knowledge management and organizational learning perspectives, a theoretical model of “Knowledge Tacit Knowledge - Innate Learning - Performance of New Ventures” was constructed and the theoretical assumptions were verified through a questionnaire survey of 142 high-tech start-ups. The findings are as follows: the innate learning of start-up companies has a positive impact on the innovation performance of start-up enterprises, the tacit knowledge of organizational knowledge has a positive impact on the innovation performance of start-up enterprises, but there is a substitution effect between tacit knowledge of organizational knowledge and innate learning. The conclusions and significance of the study were analyzed and discussed.
