采用反应速度常数、反应温度,表观活化能三个动力学参数;评价了唐村焦样及其它四种来源于不同工艺过程与不同母体煤的焦炭与CO_2反应的反应性。试验表明,由含C79.81%,H4.99%(可燃基)和活性组份>90%的唐村煤于850℃下炼制的焦炭具有极好的反应性。对于唐村焦炭一水蒸汽系统,于常压、850℃下反应50分钟,催化剂加入量皆为5%(Na/C)时,Na_2S 可使炭的转化率提高到87.5%,Na_2CO_3—80.0%,Na_2S_2O_3—73.0%,Na_2SO_4—70.6%。而不如催亿剂时,其转化率仅为20.9%。试验还发现,NaNO_3与Na_2S 一样,对于唐村煤一水蒸汽反应具有良好的催化作用。
Three kinetic parameters of reaction rate constant, reaction temperature and apparent activation energy were adopted. The reactivity of coke and other four coke and CO_2 reactions originating from different processes and different parent coals were evaluated. Tests show that coke produced from coal of the Tangcun coal containing C79.81%, H4.99% (flammable base) and> 90% active ingredient has good reactivity at 850 ° C. For the Tangcun coke-water steam system, Na_2S can increase the conversion of carbon to 87.5%, Na_2CO_3 to 80.0% at the pressure of 850 ℃ for 50 minutes when the amount of catalyst is 5% (Na / C) , Na_2S_2O_3-73.0%, Na_2SO_4-70.6%. And not as good as mere agent, its conversion rate is only 20.9%. The experiment also found that, like Na_2S, NaNO_3 has a good catalytic effect on water vapor of coal in Tangcun coal.
