随着国有企业改革步伐的不断加快以及改革深度的不断拓展,国有企业思想政治工作的内外环境发生了颠覆性的变化,这给国有企业思政工作的开展带来了的巨大的挑战,如何应对新形势下国有企业思政工作开展中出现的难点,成为了企业思政工作者工作中必须要深思的一个课题。本文对当前国有企业思想政治工作的重要意义进行了论述,概括分析了国企思政工作中存在的难点,并提出了具体的应对策,以期为国有企业思政工作水平的提升带来有益探讨。
