服务是一门看似简单且又深奥的学问。从事服务业的我们,时常为了提升服务,苦苦探寻各种方式。与其如此,不如遵循一切从简的原则:用心服务,舒适就好。8月中旬,《会议业纵论》新书发布活动随第十届中国国际会展文化节在海口香格里拉大酒店举行。活动时间不长,参加人数不多,但效果不错。海口香格里拉大酒店的用心服务给人印象深刻。由于场地限制,新书发布活动在酒店主体建筑外的“小礼堂”举行,条件很好,但却与酒店主建筑有一段距离,需室外步行两到三分钟。为此酒店不仅专门在道路两旁设置了特色指引牌,更安排服务人员一身民国学生装扮,举着新书沿路吆喝着指引方向,勾起了嘉宾对活动的
Service is a seemingly simple and profound knowledge. In the service industry, we often struggle to find ways to improve our services.
