The effects of addition of 0-5% Cr and Mo on the oxidation resistance and mechanical properties of cemented carbide were investigated. The results show that about 5% Cr can significantly improve the carbide in the air at 700-1000 ℃ oxidation resistance. While Mo reduces the oxidation resistance improved by Cr. This result led to the selection of a Co-Ni-Cr binder in the rolling test. Measuring the tonnage of rolled bars with acceptable surface quality indicates that the new material greatly outperforms the existing co-binder materials. The damage of the alloy bonded cemented carbide material is related to the loss of binder and the adhesive at the surface of the groove and the hot crack exposed by the material exposed to the atmosphere and the cooling medium and therefore all indicate that Cr improves the oxidation resistance of the roll Sex and corrosion resistance of great significance.
