采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,对硼钢板B1500HS进行单向等温拉伸物理模拟实验,研究其热冲压流变行为。分析温度及应变速率对材料流动特性的影响,比较Hansel-Spittel和Noron-Hoff两种流变模型与实验数据的拟合精度。依据Hansel-Spittel流变模型的缺陷,提出一种修正的Hansel-Spittel流变模型(S-Hansel-Spittel),为准确描述硼钢板B1500HS在奥氏体状态的流动特性提供帮助。
Using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine, one-way isothermal tensile physical simulation of boron steel B1500HS was carried out to study the hot stamping rheological behavior. The effect of temperature and strain rate on the flow characteristics of the material was analyzed. The fitting accuracy between the two rheological models Hansel-Spittel and Noron-Hoff was compared with the experimental data. According to the defect of Hansel-Spittel rheological model, a modified Hansel-Spittel rheological model (S-Hansel-Spittel) is proposed to help describe the flow behavior of boron steel B1500HS in austenite state.
