本文对晶体管差分对混频器进行了理论分忻,并与环形混频器进行了分析比较。一般混频器的输出频率成分为(mω_L±nω_S),而差分对混频器的输出频率成分为(ω_L±nω_S),n 为奇数。m=1是差分对混频器的一个极为独特而可贵的特性。这一特性使它在许多无线电电子设备中得到了广泛应用。我们采用差分对混频器应用于短波宽带接收机作为前端混频器,进行了大量实验工作。实践表明:该电路具有许多独特优点,并对应用中的若干问题进行了分析讨论。
In this paper, the transistor differential pair has been theoretically divided into frequency mixer, and the ring mixer was analyzed and compared. The output frequency component of the general mixer (mω_L ± nω_S), while the output of the differential pair mixer frequency components (ω_L ± nω_S), n is an odd number. m = 1 is a very unique and valuable feature of the differential pair mixer. This feature makes it widely used in many radio electronic devices. We use the differential pair mixer applied to the shortwave broadband receiver as a front-end mixer, a large number of experimental work.
