本文介绍研究成功的一种新型制冷膨胀机一转动喷嘴膨胀机(RJE)的原理、特点、性能试验的方法和装置。试验结果表明,由于喷嘴转动及其他特性,与一般透平式和活塞式膨胀机相比较,RJE具有结构简单、加工方便能同时回收热量,对操作工况变化适应性强等优点。并指出:适当选择机组有关配合尺寸,可使其在低分配器转速(2000—4000r. p. m)、高等熵效率(>60%)的最佳工况连续运行。
This article describes the successful study of a new refrigeration expander rotating nozzle expander (RJE) principle, characteristics, performance test methods and devices. The test results show that RJE has the advantages of simple structure, convenient processing, simultaneous heat recovery and strong adaptability to changes in operating conditions, compared with the conventional turbine and piston expander due to nozzle rotation and other characteristics. It is pointed out that proper selection of the relevant size of the unit can make it run continuously under the best conditions of low distributor speed (2000-4000r. P. M) and high entropy efficiency (> 60%).
