目的 :观察硫酸奈替米星对下呼吸道感染的疗效及不良反应。方法 :按卫生部颁发的《抗菌药物临床研究指导原则》进行临床观察。结果 :硫酸奈替米星治疗下呼吸道感染 ,临床有效率为 85 .0 % (5 1/ 6 0 ) ,细菌敏感率89.1% (4 9/ 5 5 ) ,细菌清除率 6 1.8% (34/ 5 5 ) ,不良反应发生率 1.6 7% (1/ 6 0 )。结论 :硫酸奈替米星治疗下呼吸道感染 ,疗效满意 ,不良反应发生率低。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of netilmicin sulfate on lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: According to “Guiding Principles of Clinical Research of Antibacterial Drugs” issued by the Ministry of Health for clinical observation. Results: The clinical efficacy of netilmicin sulfate in treating lower respiratory tract infection was 85.0% (51/60), the bacterial susceptibility was 89.1% (49/55), the bacterial clearance rate was 6 1.8% (34 / The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.6 7% (1/60). Conclusion: Netilmicin sulfate is effective in treating lower respiratory tract infection with low incidence of adverse reactions.
