农村留守学生的成长与教育问题是当前农村社会转型期一个独特的社会问题。由于父母不在身边,他们缺乏父母关爱,隔代教育和代养教育也力不从心,很容易产生性格发展不健全、感情脆弱等问题。留守学生的教育需要老师和监护人的共同配合,齐抓共管,才能达到最好的教学效果。不论是教师还是监护人,都应该蹲下身子,静下心来,与留守学生近些,再近些,去聆听他们的心声。
The growth and education of left-behind students in rural areas is a unique social issue in the current period of rural social transformation. Because parents are not around, they lack parental care and are unable to do so after every generation of education and substitute education. This can easily lead to problems such as unsound personality development and vulnerable feelings. The education of left-behind students requires the co-ordination of teachers and guardians, and concerted efforts to achieve the best teaching results. Both teachers and guardians should be crouched down, calm down, stay close with students, and then closer to hear their voices.
