通过对粘接理论和粘接破坏形式的分析,针对超声换能器对粘接的机械性能和声传输性能的特殊要求,给出了超声换能器粘接的实用方法,包括表面润湿方法、非均匀加载固化等,经过实验的验证,取得了理想的效果,为其它领域的压电器件的粘接工艺提供了有效的方法。
