随着我国航空运输业现代市场体系的逐步完善,市场竞争进一步加剧,航空运输服务的定价成为航空运输企业参与竞争的关键环节。同时伴随着互联网时代的到来,传统交易模式逐步演化出新的形态——C 2B。逆向定价是C 2B的当前新兴的定价形式之一,对消费者与企业之间的交易关系进行重新的界定。航空运输由于其服务的特性使其需求与供给的平衡变得更为重要。因此,本文基于互联网思维,厘清互联网环境、服务业与消费者三者的内在逻辑关系,构建适合航空运输业的C 2B逆向定价模式和策略,用互联网思维助推航空运输业C 2B定价模式的发展。
With the gradual improvement of the modern market system of China’s air transport industry and further intensified market competition, the pricing of air transport services has become the key link for air transport enterprises to participate in the competition. Along with the advent of the Internet era, the traditional trading model has gradually evolved into a new form - CB 2B. Reverse pricing is one of the emerging emerging pricing models for C2B, redefining the transactional relationship between consumer and business.
