针对当前工程监理信息化管理系统在监理领域中尚未普及应用的现状,文章设计研究了工程监理信息管理系统,设计了工程监理信息集成管理系统的总体结构和功能,从具体的功能规划上完成了工程监理信息系统的功能实现机制,并且给出了具体的工程信息监理流程,从设计变更、工序交接和施工质量控制三个方面论述了监理流程与实施,对进一步提高工程监理信息的信息化管理水平及其应用水平具有一定的借鉴意义。
