目的总结和分析狂犬疫苗和狂犬病免疫球蛋白使用数据,为南京及周边地区卫生防疫系统计划采购及合理使用药品提供数据支持。方法收集南京市第二医院2011年-2013年狂犬疫苗及狂犬病免疫球蛋白使用数据,利用季节指数法分析使用情况,分析狂犬疫苗及狂犬病免疫球蛋白使用现状及原因。结果狂犬疫苗及狂犬病免疫球蛋白使用情况与季节、经济承受能力、健康教育水平等情况存在相关关系,夏秋季为咬伤高峰期,用量最大。结论根据季节变化等因素合理配备药品以提高药学服务水平。
Objective To summarize and analyze rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin data, and provide data support for the planned procurement and rational use of medicines by the health and epidemic prevention system in Nanjing and the surrounding areas. Methods The rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin data were collected from the Second Hospital of Nanjing from 2011 to 2013. The seasonal index method was used to analyze the use status of rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin. Results rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin use and seasonal, economic affordability, health education levels and other conditions related to the summer and autumn as the peak bite, the largest amount. Conclusions According to the seasonal changes and other factors reasonably equipped with drugs to improve the level of pharmacy services.
