建立与中国-东盟自贸区发展相适应的企业文化,是进一步解放广西北部湾地区企业生产力的一项重要内容。全面分析东盟文化和北部湾文化的特点和耦合是构建北部湾企业文化的重要前提。应在此基础上,科学合理地在北部湾企业文化中融入东盟元素,提升企业文化的水平和企业绩效。
Establishing a corporate culture compatible with the development of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is an important part of further liberating the productivity of enterprises in the Beibu Gulf of Guangxi. A comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and coupling of ASEAN culture and Beibu Gulf culture is an important prerequisite for building Beibu Gulf corporate culture. On this basis, we should integrate ASEAN elements into the Beibu Gulf corporate culture in a scientific and rational manner to enhance the corporate culture and corporate performance.
