分析了用镗削法测量自增强管壁残余应力过程中影响测量精度的主要因素 .认为合适的镗削工艺可以减少切削残余应力导致的误差 ;采用由IMP -PC组成的应变测量系统可以减少由于应变测量导致的误差 ;采用H型边界并引入边界效应系数可消除边界影响、节约试件材料 .分别导出弹、塑性区残余应力的计算公式 .结果表明 :采用镗削法测量自增强管壁残余应力可提高其测量精度
The main factors influencing the measurement accuracy of self-reinforced pipe wall residual stress measurement by boring method are analyzed.It is considered that suitable boring process can reduce the error caused by residual cutting stress.It is feasible to reduce the error caused by the strain measurement system consisting of IMP- The error caused by the strain measurement can be obtained.The calculation of the residual stress in the elastic and plastic zones can be obtained by using the H-shaped boundary and introducing the boundary effect coefficient to eliminate the influence of the boundary and save the material of the specimen.The results show that the boring method can be used to measure the self- Stress can improve its measurement accuracy
